Even though Landon's age prevents him from fully understanding the game UNO Attack!, we always include him when we play and even give him his own set of cards. He's learned some of his colors and numbers from playing. He can even show you a skip, reverse, and wild card. Pushing the button and watching cards fly has always been his most favorite part of the game - until last night.
While we were playing last night, it suddenly clicked that getting extra cards was not a good thing, and that, in fact, you really want to get rid of your cards. Once this happened Landon treated the button like the plague. He wanted nothing to do with it. He played his cards with the wonderful strategy of a two year old but when it came time for him to give the button a push, well in this case, a picture speaks a thousand words.

Hahaha, love that expression! We've never played UNO attack. Maybe I'll have to tell Santa we want that for Christmas this year. :)
We love that game! He totally looks like that button is the worst thing that has ever happened to him:) I love it!
That looks like a fun game! It is amazing how much kids learn and pick up. I keep saying that each kid we have seems to be smarter more advanced than the last! Probably more a product of my failing memory than anything else, but it's fun to think that if we had a few more, we might get some nobel prize winners or something!
That looks like such a fun family activity. How fun. Your kids look so cute even Landon not wanting to push the button is adorable.
Family games are always a fun and an uncertain time depending on whose winning and losing. Good luck in the future... there are some games we no longer play together:)I think you have every right to think that your children are the cutest and best, it's a mother's right. love ya, Aunt Deb
