We just returned home from a trip to Disneyland! All three kids came home sick with strep throat but fun times were still had. We spent four days at Disneyland. Chris and I both thought that by the end of the fourth day we would have had enough. That was not the case - we definitely could have stayed and played longer.
Some ride highlights were: Ainsley and Kaylee both loved Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain. Landon was partial to It's a Small World, the rockets, and the Matterhorn. They all loved the teacups. Uncle John talked Ainsley into riding the Indianan Jones ride - she did not enjoy it.
Some non-ride highlights included: Cookie decorating, the Rainforest Cafe, a Disney princess lunch, dancing with pirates, Jedi training, Christmas decorations, and what Chris and I were maybe looking forward to the most - The Nightmare Before Christmas themed Haunted Mansion! The girls saved up their allowance for souvenirs and both purchased Star Wars Polly Pocket type dolls and Landon came home with a WALL-E plush.

WOW...what fun you all had!!! I'm sorry you are all sick now, but it looks like it was definitely worth it! ;) And how great that the kiddos loved Loan...she looks like a perfect fit with your awesome family! Are you all ready for Christmas?? I hope you are all well by then!
I too LOVE LOVE LOVE all things Disney! That looked like TOO much fun!! I am sitting here at my computer green with envy!! I am glad that you guys had so uch fun!! Itsn't Disneyland a magical place? I love how no matter what you age, you walk through those gates, and immediatly feel like a kid again! Walt was a genius!Loved it!!
That all looks like so much fun! And how cool that the kids got to know and started to bond with Loan. The pictures all turned out great. I just laughed so hard when I saw your family picture with Tinkerbell. Yours and Chris's facial expressions are priceless.
Oh what a magical place!!! I can feel it just looking at your pictures!! How fun that you got to go do that with some of your family. I loved all of your pictures- the kids (and adults alike) looked so happy! I hope your kiddos get to feeling better soon.
I'm so jealous as well! I hope we make it to Disney sometime. Jason thinks our kids are too young to appreciate it right now! I don't think they'll fully "appreciate" it until their grown ups, but they'd have fun anyway! Hope you all get better soon!
I'm sooooo jealous! Not that we don't go to Disneyland often maybe a bit too often but it seems like I can never get enough and I'd love to go a Christmas the last time I was there at Christmas is when I worked at the park which I'm sad too say is a very long time ago now. Dang I'm getting old.
It looks like so much fun!!! I remember when we use to go there for Christmas. Maybe some day we can do it again. I'm sure the kids and grand kids would love it! I am so glad that you all the opportunity to do that! We love you, and Merry Christmas!! Love, Aunt Deb
