Grandma and Grandpa Gadd

As always, we were sad to see Grandma and Grandpa head home to California a little over a week ago, but we had fun while they were here. Usually we're out running around with them when they come (our feeble attempt at showing them how great Austin is, so that maybe they'll want to retire here someday), but this time we stayed close to home. Since Kaylee was recovering from her surgery she wasn't really up for any outings. We kept busy though. Grandma and Grandpa played lots of games with us, read lots of stories to the kids, and Kaylee even had Grandpa playing Polly Pockets with her.

How fun!!! You have such wonderful parents Christa....and it looks like they are loving their cute grandkids! ;) How neat that they get to come and visit you! I love that your dad was playing Polly Pockets! He he! What a good grandpa!

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. I love that they took them out during school. Your parents are great and your kids are so so cute! They all have such beautiful eyes. How's the potty training going with Landon?

It always looks like you guys have a blast when your parents come visit. I can relate! It is so nice getting a couple hours to yourself while grandma and grandpa take them for a while isn't it?!?! I'm a little jealous though:( we don't get to see mom and dad until May/June. Maybe I'll survive. Love you guys!!!

What fun. Gotta love grandparent visits! It's so hard to live far away, huh? I get so jealous when people are all dropping their kids off at gramma's house all the time! No fair!
