This morning, Landon woke up early for the first time since we've been home from California (it's been hard for all of us to get back on Texas time). His motivation was that he wanted to open his presents before Chris left for work. That got us all up, so hopefully we'll be able to fall asleep at a decent time tonight.
We continued to celebrate Avengers style, so after a day of Lego building and Super Mario Smash Brothers, Ainsley decorated Landon's cake like Captain America's shield - she would like to run a cake decorating business or some kind of bakery when she grows up.
We ate more pizza for dinner, and I longingly watched the kids pig out on cake and ice cream. I've been feeling pretty crappy lately, so I've stopped eating sugar to see if that helps. It's been three and a half weeks, and I still feel rotten, so we'll see. Landon played, ate his favorite foods and stayed in his pj's the entire day. He also informed us that he did not have to take a bath or shower because it was his birthday, so he got to choose. We let him get away with it this time. Happy Birthday Landon! Your boisterous little boyness keeps us on our toes and adds much fun and excitement to our family. We love you!

What a fun Birthday and You are soooo cute Landon. Still wish we lived closer!
Three birthday celebrations! Landon is a lucky guy. I can't believe he's already six. I miss all of you. Be strong Christa, just keep saying NO to sugar....
