Landon and I went on the ultimate mommy, son adventure yesterday. We enjoyed a day in Dallas at the Lego Discovery Center. I'd read mixed reviews about the center, so I wasn't sure how fabulous it would be. From what I'd gathered, it was kind of like a Lego children's museum with a couple of rides. I figured if anyone would like it, Landon would. The girls hopped on an airplane to CA on Tuesday, so it was a great time to take Landon on a Lego adventure. Plus, a friend of mine, who is home with just her 9 year old boy right now, suggested the trip and we went together. It was definitely small, but it was about what I'd been expecting. Landon had a blast and I had fun too! We built, we rode rides, we explored, we took a break to eat at Rainforest Cafe, and then we went back for more. What a day

That is so fun Christa! It looks like Landon should be begging you to send his sisters to California early every year:-)
It does look like a fun day. I love all of the pictures, but the last one of Landon and the Lego dog is priceless.
