Today was Kaylee's first day of Kindergarten and Ainsley's first day of third grade. Kaylee was up before 6am. Ainsley and Landon weren't far behind her. We were all up before the alarm. It wasn't so bad though. We didn't have to rush to get ready, and the kids all enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. I think this school year is going to bring some challenges, but the first day was definitely a success. Right now Ainsley is happy to be back in school, and Kaylee is excited to be starting school. Let's hope it lasts!

How fun! That's awesome that Kailey took to it immediately! Lysie's getting better she's downgraded from crying to now just pouting. Maybe by Monday she'll smile!

The girls are so cute in their skirts. Kaylee's looks so excited and cute--the perfect little kindergarten girl! Ainsley is still excited to start school, that's so amazing. It's hard to believe she's already in third grade.
