Happy Third Birthday Landon!

Landon celebrated his third birthday on July 30th. He still loves Thomas and decided to have another Thomas themed birthday this year. Grandma Yarbrough flew home with us when we returned from California and was here to help Landon celebrate.

The night before his birthday, we wrapped presents and decorated while Landon was supposed to be sleeping. He was a little too excited about the next day and wasn't being very cooperative about going to bed. He snuck out a few times and caught sight of some of his decorations, but he didn't see everything.

On the morning of his birthday, Landon ran into the kitchen and discovered his new Thomas bike. After riding it around the house for a bit he climbed up to the table to retrieve his party hats. He was very excited to wear a party hat and pretty much wore one the entire day. He also made us wear them. Whenever he saw a head without a hat he promptly reminded the offender to put one on.

He opened all of his presents before breakfast. He helped make his cupcakes. He and Grandma got matching tattoos. We went to Gattiland for dinner and Chuck E Cheese's for games. Landon had a great time playing air hockey with Chris, and he won 40 tickets playing "Deal or No Deal." After games we went home for cupcakes and ice cream. We all had a fun day!

I can't believe my baby is already three! He's growing up so fast. Landon is such a fun little guy. He's so curious about everything which leads to a lot of mischief. I love to watch him grow and discover the world around him. I know we're all grateful to have such a sweet little boy in our family. We love you Landon! Happy birthday!
